no rest for the weary

One of Kyle's projects this week was the front door. Like the new look?

This week really wasn't much of a vacation for the poor guy. He knocked out a lot of projects around the house that have been accumulating on the to-do list. But we'll go ahead and chalk it up as a success. We even got to go on a date last night... dinner, but no movie. We couldn't decide on a movie we both wanted to watch. And I said no to separate theaters. So we went to Target and went to separate parts of the store.

Thanks babe for working so hard this week. Let's just hope you don't get home too late in the evenings this week because there's a front door that needs some attention.

13 tellin' me what I want to hear!:

Yes, you will definitely have to post pics of the finished projects!

And it sounds like JM and I when we go to Target together. And jealous about your dinner together!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one that puts hubby to work during their vacation. :o)

Love the door. I'll bet you don't get many door to door salesmen that way. hah!

Glad you got a date night! I was cracking up at you saying no to separate theaters and then ending up in different parts of Target. I bet you still enjoyed being kidless in Target!!

Love the new look! Poor guy...working on vacation (but when does it become fair for him to take a vacation when you don't get one at all?)...glad to hear that TOGETHER you guys were able to put a dent in the to-do list.

Looking forward to pics of your completed projects.

Front door my favorite (?)... Know you two got a big kick out of my reaction when I opened it... you both looked guilty like you were up to something... AND YOU WERE!

LOVED THE OTHER PROJECTS YOU COMPLETED... TREES IN ELLIE'S ROOM ARE PRECIOUS!

Also wanted to say that when we saw the door ornament it cracked me up, so Kyle is this your way of rebelling or just your regular "bad boy" image you want?
