pinkalicious

It's a snowy day. Too wet to go outside and play. Mommy said, "Let's make cupcakes! What color do you want?"

Pink! Pink! Pink!

Because the book Pinkalicious is a part of almost everyday, I thought it would be fun to make our own pink (and green) cupcakes. I ran across a new cupcake recipe that is Embry-friendly. It's a keeper!

Yummy for my tummy!

9 tellin' me what I want to hear!:

Yes, I agree...you are such an AWESOME mom! Cupcakes on snowy...how fun!

I've never heard of Pinkalicious....I'll have to remember that one for when Laney gets older. And dairy free margarine...never knew that was available (I guess one of the benefits of living near a larger city--you can find just about anything?)

I love how all three of them are digging into the batter bowl...completely safe to eat since there are NO raw eggs! YUM!

The cupcakes turned out cute, especially with the sprinkles and umbrellas (you have those just laying around?)
